This Penthouse level view provides great beach views and luxurious amenities.

Two full bathrooms, master bedroom with walk in closet, and guest bedroom has two full size beds. Sleeps 6, plus another if family room couch is used. Full size washer/dryer.  Other amenities include a pool, secure access to elevators, available community room, and a parking spot!  No smoking or pets.

Expansive beach provides (at your own expense) beach chaise lounge and umbrellas, wave runners, and other fun.

Pinchers restaurant and bar is right next door.

Across the street: Santini Plaza includes CVS, jewelry and apparel, liquor and hardware stores. Restaurants include Subway, Castaways Bar & Grill, Skye's Restaurant, The Sandbar & Grille, Francesco's Italian and Pizzeria, South Beach Grille, and Truly Scrumptious.
